PREVIOUS WORK

If you have existing permanent makeup, please email a clear photo before booking.

Some previous work may require laser removal before correction.

Corrective procedures often require multiple sessions.

BOOKING

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you.

A deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your treatment.

CANCELLATION

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Changes made within 48 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Deposits are non-refundable.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a shortened appointment or rescheduling.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Every treatment has different preparation requirements.

Please review your confirmation email before your visit.

LASH FILLS

For quality and hygiene reasons, we do not refill work performed by other artists.

After six weeks, or if fewer than 20% of extensions remain, a new full set is required.

PATCH TEST

If you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies, we recommend booking a patch test before your appointment.
