While we perform each procedure with precision and attention to detail, healed results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Additional touch-ups may be required to achieve optimal results.

For brow treatments, light makeup may still be needed depending on your desired look.

All services are non-refundable.

Corrective / Existing Work

If you have previous work, please send a clear photo to info@kiiara.co prior to booking.

Not all previous work can be corrected.
If the pigment is too dark, discolored, or uneven, removal may be recommended before proceeding.

Laser removal is highly recommended for best results.

Corrective work may require multiple sessions, and additional touch-ups will be charged accordingly.

Appointment Policy

All appointment times are privately reserved.

A deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your total service cost.

Last-minute changes or cancellations may affect availability for other clients.

No-shows or same-day cancellations without prior notice will result in a non-refundable deposit and may affect future bookings.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, and deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is allowed once. Repeated changes may affect future bookings.

Late Arrival & Adjustments

Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or waiting time.

Adjustments due to late arrival may result in additional charges.

Before Your Appointment

For brow appointments, avoid excessive grooming such as tweezing or trimming.

For eyeliner appointments, remove any eyelash extensions in advance and avoid wearing contact lenses on the day of your visit.

For lip treatments, bring a new lip balm for post-treatment care.

For hairline procedures, wash your hair beforehand to remove oil from the scalp.

Lash Fill Policy

We do not perform fills on work done by other lash artists.

This ensures consistency in quality and protects the health of your natural lashes.

Fill pricing and timing vary depending on retention and frequency of visits.

After 6 weeks, or if less than 20% of lashes remain, the service will be considered a new set.

Allergies

We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions.

If you have sensitive skin or a history of reactions, please contact us in advance to arrange a patch test.
